DR BERNARD CHIN

DR BERNARD CHIN is the founder and principal of Cairns Gastroenterology since 2007. He graduated from the University of Adelaide and completed his Gastroenterology training in Sydney. He has an interest in the latest endoscopic obesity treatments and bowel cancer screening. Dr Chin practiced part-time at the Cairns Base Hospital between 2007 and 2017.

DR JOHN OMBIGA

DR JOHN OMBIGA completed his Gastroenterology training in Sydney followed by two years as a fellow in Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Perth. He has been a staff specialist Gastroenterologist at Cairns Hospital (Queensland Health) since 2007. He has been with Cairns Gastroenterology since 2013. He is a general Gastroenterologist and liver specialist with interests in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, IBS, Hepatitis, cancer screening and endoscopic resection of large polyps.
